2. Products & Services

DigiAsset Kit is a digital product marketplace. All products listed on this website are digital and downloadable in nature. No physical goods are shipped. Products include but are not limited to: design templates, video packs, AI prompt libraries, e-books, software tools, graphic bundles, and online course materials.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase
• You must provide accurate and complete information during checkout
• You must be a resident of India or have a valid Indian payment method
• You must have a valid email address to receive your order

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on DigiAsset Kit are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via PhonePe Payment Gateway, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.

5. Order & Delivery

Upon successful payment, your order will be processed and download links will be sent to your registered email address within 1–24 hours. In cases of payment verification delays, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If you do not receive your order within this time, please contact us at support@digiassets.shop.

6. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, DigiAsset Kit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased digital products for:

• Personal projects and commercial use (unless stated otherwise per product)
• Use across your own business or client projects

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the downloaded files with others
• Upload purchased products to any file-sharing, torrent, or reseller platform
• Claim authorship or ownership of the products
• Use products in any illegal or harmful manner

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product descriptions, brand name, logo, and website design — is the intellectual property of DigiAsset Kit. Unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiAsset Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Prohibited Activities
