DELIVERY POLICY

DigiAsset Kit sells exclusively digital products. There is no physical shipping involved. All products are delivered electronically via email.

1. Delivery Method

All products purchased from DigiAsset Kit are digital downloadables. Upon successful payment verification, your order details and download links are sent directly to your registered email address. No courier service, physical packaging, or shipping is involved.

3. What You Will Receive

A separate email containing your product download links
Instructions on how to access and use the downloaded files

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you have not received your download links within 24 hours of successful payment, please:

Check your spam/junk email folder
Ensure you used the correct email address at checkout
Contact us at support@digiassets.shop with your Order ID and payment screenshot

5. No Physical Shipping

DigiAsset Kit does not offer, and has never offered, any physical goods for delivery. There are no courier charges, no COD options, and no physical address required from you. This is a 100% digital product business.

6. International Access

Digital products can be accessed from anywhere in the world once purchased. However, our payment gateway currently supports Indian payment methods only (UPI, Indian cards, Net Banking).
