REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Since all our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, we follow a limited refund policy as described below. By completing a purchase on DigiAsset Kit, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to request a refund under the following circumstances:

• You did not receive the download link or access email within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• The download link provided is broken, expired, or does not work after reporting to our support team
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page
• A duplicate payment was made (double charge for the same order)
• Your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed (failed transaction with deduction)

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be raised within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained.

• You have already downloaded or accessed the product
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You purchased the wrong product
• Refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
• Issues caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection
• Products clearly described as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase

5. How to Request a Refund

• Your registered email address
• Order ID / Transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Screenshot of payment confirmation (if applicable)

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, order cancellation is not possible once the purchase is completed and the download link has been sent. If your payment was deducted but you did not receive the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@digiassets.shop.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before raising a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full transaction records and evidence.
